That looks awesome.

I would post pics of my meals but the food in Brazil for the most part sucks.

It was great. I didn't post pics of the flowers but oh my gosh, the flowers. To die for.

Good to hear. What was your itinerary? Looks like you went all over France.

The mashed potatoes are a specific type of potato and half the butter by weight. They whip the shite out of them as well, which somehow doesnt make them gloppy and gluey.

My mashed potatoes know follow that general rule. So if I have 4 pounds of potato, I use 2 pounds of butter.

We did. Nice, Eze, Monaco, Marseilles, Blois, Paris, Honfleur, Caen, Chantilly. Basically went from wearing a swimsuit and getting in the frigid water down south, to jackets and scarves up north.

Oh and I so wish I had asked for the name of the port that we had. It was so good. Having the sommelier always pour your wine was awesome. Made it feel very approachable and easy to ask for recommendations.

Unfortunately, yes. Even skipped some lunches because we were trying to cram in so much sight seeing.

Do you think the half and half method is what keeps them from becoming gluey?
