Terrible.

Soggy bun, fries were fresh but Tony's on Sweet Potato Fries? Shake was delicious.

3 bites into burger and it went in the trash. Same with Fries.

Would never eat here. Low end burger chains are all terrible (five guys, mooyah, smash). Go buy a real hamburger. Those places are for children and people with no palate

Yeah 5 Guys has been pretty good for me. Cheap, quick and decent.

Cafe B's on Metairie Road. is the best burger I've ever had. Special grind, butter lettuce, nice roll, homemade condiments and the fries are special.

Here's a pic of my lunch yesterday to make you feel better. Or worse.

Grindhouse Atlanta local chain.

For real... I'm not saying mooyah is the best burger ever but to say you could only take three bites before you threw it away is weak. There's nothing wrong with their burgers

Low end? Those places aren't Rally's. You aren't getting out of there for lunch without spending $12 or so

I don't hate five guys. I didn't like Mooyah when I tried it though, nearby Atomic Burger is much better.

The worst "higher-end" burger I have had in recent memory was at American Sector. Flavorless patty on a regular bun. I've had more enjoyable burgers at McDonald's and Hardee's.

Company burger is probably tops on my list for a quick walk up burger.

Unreal how polarizing the discussion of burger joints has become. I enjoyed the burgers I had from Mooyah. Everything was made to order ( except the bun of course). This was at the BR location however. I think each burger joint can made a good burger, but that largely depends on if employees and managers are doing the shite they are supposed to be doing to produce a consistent product.

You get to make your own burger there. If you don't like the way it taste, maybe reconsider what you're putting in there.

I don't think mooyah is great, but it's not terrible either.

Napoleon is right, atomic burger is a better option. And company burger is the GOAT.

it's a fricking hamburger .. once you get above the obvious McDonalds/Burger King level, it is pretty much all about the bun and the combination of the 723 different exotic toppings they can cram on it .. Mooyah isn't bad and Burgersmith isn't Nirvana .. you could throw those two in a bag with Five Guys and Smashburger, roll them out, and give a blind taste test .. No one could tell you which burger came from where ..

I was not overwhelmed with Mooyah, nor was I disgusted. It was a decent burger, nothing special. Size was a bit small for me.

The chain does absolutely nothing to stand out from any other chain.

For my money, the best burger in town is still to be found at Brewbacher's. Dearman's has a top quality burger too.

That's the problem with all of these new pizza and burger joints. They don't really stand out. They all just offer the same standard shite. Where is the GIANT 2 pound burger? What about Chicken Tandoori or Crab Rangoon pizza? A good Chicago style pizza? I loved Cheeburger Cheeburger because you could get a giant hamburger with any of a million toppings on it. Or just bacon.

/rant.

TL;DR--I did not care a lot for Mooyah. BR burger places don't separate themselves.

I liked Mooyah and have been a few times. I will admit that one time my burger must have been too greasy. I cut the burger in half and by the time I got to the 2nd half the bottom bun completely turned to mush. It was disgusting. That was just one time, though. Otherwise I've really enjoyed their burgers.

It's a decent burger for cheap. A step above fast food burgers. Great for kids.

Burgersmith is better but their service keeps me from going back.
