Anyone have any ideas outside of buyIng a full breakfast sandwich with bread and not eating bread?

Do any of the fast food places let u buy just eggs and bacon and sausage?

Can you not get a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and throw the biscuit out the window pulling out of the parking lot?

If you are worried about littering with this plan, simply but the biscuit in the bottom of your bag under the single napkin they give you and throw it away inside the bag the next time you stop.

Get breakfast at subway if u must go fast good.

U can get an egg white/turkey/spinach/tomato bagel thats as healthy as fast food will b

If ur cuttin carbs, sausage/bacon are very high fat and sodium...... U leave off the meat and regulate ur fat intake for breakfast....

In South Louisiana, that biscuit won't last 30 seconds in the parking lot.

Birds, rodents, people with Wal Mart feet--one of these will scoop it up.

I know McDonalds will let you order just eggs. I'm guessing maybe they'll let you do that with the meats. You ever considered the precooked microwavable sausage and bacon? As someone mentioned earlier though, the sodium will be horrible in those things.

If you MUST get fast food, McDs will let you ordre 'a la carte'.. just ask for scrambled or folded eggs, depending on what you want, bacon, or a sausage patty.

Fair warning, though.. you'll be better off finding a local supermarket with a deli/restaurant in it and ordering breakfast from there. I go to Ralph's when I have to get up early for work and don't want to wake up at 4 AM just so I have time to cook breakfast. I usually get 2 eggs and 3-4 strips of bacon.

I know you said fast food, but cooking some jimmy dean, and an egg with cheese on it is pretty easy. Plus a coffee with 1 equal. Been dOing it for a month and a half. Sometimes swap the Jimmy dean for bacon. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

i toast a piece of toast, crack three eggs and use just the whites on a paper plate or reg plate, microwave them for a minute, then stir and microwave them for another 30 seconds. put the egg's on the toast and eat, whole thing takes less than 2 minutes and cost next to nothing.

I buy just scrambled eggs at McDonalds. Quick, full of protein and cheap.

Same at Jack in the Box and they do it all day. You have to tell them not to over cook though.

Yall be crayzee with all of this carb stuff.

Eat good carbs and exercise. I'd be even more mental without them.

I have done that before...except didn't throw anything out the window :)

Don't really care for the sausage that much at McD and BK...something off with it.

I am looking for low carb per the late Dr. Atkins...I don't care about fat or sodium

I have tried precooked stuff before...the bacon is alright...the sausage not so much

I am out the door in less than 10 minutes from when I wake up so I don't have time for much more than grabbing a boiled egg or 2 from the fridge.

I will try this...maybe 1 of each of the eggs and some bacon...hope that would cost less than breakfast sandwich with same stuff in it?

I have been looking for a grocery story that would have eggs/bacon in the morning already prepared (in LaPlace area) but haven't found it yet...

Ralph's where?

I tried there...they just have breakfast sandwiches already made and not a la carte items.
