While I might lose some sleep tonight, I will wake up tomorrow and trudge on despite you not understanding my taste preference.

You'll also wake up without feeling like you have a terrible freaking hangover.

I love Popeyes spicy going down, but frick if I don't feel like I've been on a two day bender the morning after eating any - often like 3 or 4 am.

One of the many perils of getting old, I guess. Nothing but mild for me these days, unless I get a really wild hair or something.

Unfortunately for me, that just equates to more time to suffer.

Nice shout out to LeRuth's, I never had the chance to eat there but my parents would talk fondly of it.

Good to see some of his recipes are still out there today with the Popeyes biscuts, red beans. And Reginald vanilla extract and that green goddess salad dressing.

you can say that, but those of us who are choosing between churchs/kfc/popeyes this is still a no brainer.

the chicken is definitely spicier/tastier than NOLA, but the red beans & biscuits are identical.

eta being a fatty i might just have to meander over there for lunch today. that article has me

I'm not even old and Popeye's gives me wicked indigestion. That's probably the only reason I'm not 600 pounds and eating Popeye's 3 times a week

Try having Popeye's for dinner and drinking bourbon the same night. One of the worst nights of my life!
