Looking to have a night out with some friends that all have young children (under 1 y.o.) in Baton Rouge.

I was wondering what do you people think is a good place that has preferably has a patio that would be a good place for a group of 4 couples with small chilren?

We're looking for any place that is laid back and has decent food and does not have a buffet.

I agree with this. Not a bad wine list, good cocktails, good food and fans and tvs, large tables too.

I'll say this too. They have the best french fries in br.

If you want to go a little more casual, Zippys works too. Since we all seem to be doing the Perkins overpass area.

what is the casty for? how does serranos not fit the bill? there needs to be a patio that had room for an eight top of adults and a few kids.

capital grill is a great place to dine, but i think their tables are round so that makes for an awkward set up for that many people, same with chelseas.

parrains deck doesnt have a ton of tables so they may not be able to fit everyone out there if there are already diners enjoying the weather.

serrano's while not my favorite place to eat in br, actually has a great patio for what they need.

Kona Grill has a nice patio and kids can run by fountain. It might be hard to get that many tables though.
