I'm making shrimp & corn soup tomorrow night and was hoping to find a good "toast" to go with it. All the "shrimp toast" recipes are all oriential style dishes.

Anyone here have a good side bread dish for soup?

We are having shrimp and corn soup tomorrow. I'm thinking about making my friend's cheesy french bread. I can't remember the proportions right now but it's mayo and mozzarella spread on french bread and baked.

It's so good! Don't know why I haven't made it in a long time.

I ended up de-casing boudin and stuffing it in New Orleans Leiderhiemer's (spl) single size poboy buns, then rolled it in butter and parm cheese and baking for 20 mins. Came out damn good.
