Turned out to be the Lemon Grass soup.
My wife was the only member of the party who didnt eat the soup...the rest of the table was as sick or worse off than me over the weekend.
I can honestly say, I had third degree burns to a large portion of my left hand...didnt hurt nearly as bad as twelve hours in to that. Didnt realize a fricking stomach issue could hurt quite that bad.

Open vent of a gasoline drum. Vapors ignited. Burned thumb nail to black, skin of palm, and skin of pointer and thumb to white with black flakes,
