I finally just went and dug it package out of the garbage, it is only USDA Choice. The word premium is above that, thats why I was thinking Prime. It is WM's top beef (I believe, I have never bought a steak from WM in my life)

With it being choice, I am even more impressed how ell they came out.

My wife got it from Cabala's, it is the "Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite". It is not very big, only two racks. She got it pretty cheap. it is normally $170. They were advertising it for $99, and when she went in to get it, it was another 30% off.

My biggest complaint is that the chip box is small, so I need to add chips about every 45 minutes to an hour.

I learned that the thermometer is VERY important in smoking.

I cut the front and back cross bars that the original smoke box rests on and bought one of these.

No more opening the door mid smoke to add chips or charcoal.
