Why isn't this more common? When I lived in SC any restaurant you went to for lunch had a Meat n Three option. Outside of SC, however, I rarely see it. Am I just missing the right places?

I love a good meat and three! Country fried steak, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans with cornbread, fvck me sideways.

I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy, and I'd be very happy with this dish. Nicely done.

The closeup fork shot of the peas however makes me want to suggest penicillin, but other than that, everything looks fantastic.

All looks good MD...but I would have figured you would have had some home-made chow chow with the purple hull peas!
