I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy, and I'd be very happy with this dish. Nicely done.
The closeup fork shot of the peas however makes me want to suggest penicillin, but other than that, everything looks fantastic.

I love that kind of meal and its best made in my home or someone else's home.
