The amount that Bobby and Giada love Dom is truly mind boggling. It took the network execs appearing on the show to override them. They wanted to send Eddie home? Madness. Of course, I haven't tasted Dom's cooking, but the thrust of the show is not the contestant's prepared food quality.

I think he may have been the best chef this entire season. That having been said, there is no way he was ever going to master the camera work needed to do a television show. If you go 50/50 on cooking and camera work, Jay is heads and shoulders above the rest. And he is not a chef at all. Just a damned good cook. Eddie is more camera than chef, Arnold is more chef than camera. Alex? Already have a sandwich guy and I can't believe he won. So I can't see Bite and Booze losing this.

Even though I'm biased, Jay's been by far the most consistent one all season.
Jay also has the clearest "brand" of everyone left. You know what you're getting right up front. 3rd Row FTMFW...run like you stole something...

Thank fricking god! Dom is finally gone 
The New England Italian love fest is ridiculous. Him and Eddie knocking Jay for not using "descriptive" words is hilarious. Its an easy fix to say salty/sweet/tangy/spicy instead of delicious/tasty. You know what isnt an easy fix? Making someone comfortable infront of the camera. Suck it Dom.
The judges are really grasping at straws to try and find constructive criticism for Jay. Everybody else is having huge flaws in presentation and their stories.
No way he doesnt win this.

I thought it was a tight race a few weeks ago, but Jay has been in the top since then and Eddie has been in the bottom the last two weeks.
And when it comes down to voting, Jay has significantly more social media presence than the rest of them.
And I think I'm still distracted by Giada's boobs.

Yep. They were all emphasizing building a brand on yesterday's show. Jay has a big advantage in that he has already built a brand with Bite & Booze and the BBQ sauce and the wine. That will be a big deal to the decision makers at Food Network, in my opinion.
