He's got a new series, but it doesn't look like we get it on PBS. He posted this site to watch the first episode.

I liked those too. Made it easier to follow him.

I wonder what those crab chips are? They looked interesting.

I hope every episode is online. I'm really sorry it's no showing in PBS. I only happened to see it on his Facebook page that I follow.

It will be on PBS. It just isn't scheduled in this area yet. I don't know how that works. Chef's Life 3rd season isn't around here yet either.

I just listened to his interview on NPR. He is writing another cookbook with his granddaughter.

They are made from potato or tapioca starch & are addictive. You can fry them like Jacques or prepare them in the microwave.
