Making me hungry for some eggs. If I wasn't already making a meatloaf for dinner it would be breakfast.
I guess I'll have to fix me some eggs for breakfast tomorrow morning.

scoop of bacon grease on skillet, light the eye and turn on low, crack some eggs, whisk until fluffy, roll bacon pat around to coat the skillet, add a splash of heavy cream to eggs and whisk until fluffier, pour eggs into skillet, stir intermittently, towards the end cut the heat and add black pepper and salt to taste, and then serve with a nice chunk of andouille. The spices from the sausage and creaminess of the eggs pair very nicely with a fresh pressed black coffee.

Try it. I was a little skeptical at first.

If you like omelets, this will change your world.

A lot of things he does change your world.

Not eggs, but I cleaned my asparagus and took a potato peeler to them last night. Not sure why it took me this long to do that.

have a cast iron skillet that is over 100 years old. It is useless for scrambling an egg
then you're a retard. Mine is also 100 years old and it's just getting broken in.

You're not seasoning it properly if you can't cook scrambled eggs in it with a little butter.

have a similar method, but just with a regular skillet (teflon has worn off). I spray with pam, turn it to high, let it get very hot, then pour the eggs in and push them around in a hurry with a spatula, constantly scraping the bottom. I usually cut the heat toward the end and take them out when their is a tad bit of wetness to them. The skillet is mostly clean when I'm done.

I've tried Gordon Ramsay technique before. A long drawn out process for ho hum eggs.

No thanks. My technique is fast and delicious.

Perhaps you are too poor to own two skillets. Why don't you start a GoFundMe?

Oh yeah, op? Your thread sucks as does your egg technique and opinion of your wife. You must also drink burnt black coffee

Those crusty eggs would go nicely with your dry aged bacteria steaks.
