I will be traveling I-10 from Bammer to San Antonio next week. Where do I NEED to stop and eat? I'm looking for good boudin, cracklins, mudbugs, etc.

What time of day will you be traveling on the west side of Louisiana?

Poche's is only a mile off the interstate in Breaux Bridge and has great lunch plates

You have to go a couples miles off the Interstate, but I think a stop in Laplace at Bailey's and Jacobs would be quick and VERY fruitful for andouille, sausage and tasso.

Dons in Scott. Good boudin and cracklins. Awesome stuffed breads at the hot plate counter.

Another vote for Billy's. Eat boudin for lunch.

You could always hit up Darrell's in Lake Chuck... assuming it's not on a Sunday.
