Also cucumber in guac?
I love corny pico on a black bean burrito. Also love it on a fish taco.

Both issues have become divisive in my house. Just wondering what you all think.

Sweet corn and spicy diced jalapeño play well against each other in pico. I'm all for it unless there's so much corn that the balance is off.

Charred corn salsa is great, but it's not pico any more. I'd rather purple onions in guac.

It is incredibly annoying when people use the words pico and guac. Just say the actual word

I had some cucumbers in pick de gallo in Belize. It wasn't bad. I like roasted corn in it as well

I despise the "southwestern" style of food that just throws corn in every dish.
