Always leave it out or avoid.
How can I appreciate this condiment?

P.S. I felt the same about mustard but embraced it as of 10yrs ago and incorporate it regularly.

Make it yourself. I suggest making bahn mi and just making some Viet-style mayo with canola oil, egg yolks, lime juice, and salt.

I am indifferent towards mayonnaise, but it is essential on BLTs.

Mustard is the best condiment. This is fact.
