Hot sauce for multi purpose. Add to wings or tacos or gumbo?

What's your go to "ramp it up" hot sauce?
Excluding the usual Louisiana table side Tabasco, Louisiana Hot, red hot, and others.
I mean the ones that ACTUALLY only need one drop. Like a habanero pepper sauce or Serrano. One so hot that if you tossed a wing in it you'd regret it?
Basically hotter but still with a flavor. Chaloula is one, but I'm thinking hotter.

Cholula isn't hotter than Tabasco.
For hotter stuff, I go to a local salsa shop that has all kinds of stuff. I have a ghost pepper/habanero blend I'm using right now.

I thought it was?
I've been watching YouTube channel Hot Ones. They interview a lower tier celeb while they eat 10 progressively hotter wings. Start with Tabasco or sirrhacha. And progress to a sauce that is 350,000-500,000 scoville units.
I'm looking for flavor with sweet and slight pain. Like BW3's carribean jerk or mango habanero.

Cholula is 1000 SHU per the manufacturer. Wiki says other sources have said 3600 SHU. Tabasco is at 2500-5000 SHU for the original red.
As someone on this board pointed out to me, take a decent spoonful of each and you'll see which one is hotter. I do believe cholula has better flavor though.

The Diablo sauce from Taco Bell is mighty fine when you need something spicy and with a good flavor in a pinch.
That said, I used the standard favorites: Tobasco, Louisiana, and Sriracha

Bertie's Scorpion Pepper Sauce.
That's their "flavorful" version. I have a tiny bottle of their 100% Scorpion Pepper Sauce and it's completely ridiculous. Literally one drop is ungodly hot. Fwiw, the Trinidad Scorpion pepper is #2 on the World's Hottest list behind the Carolina Reaper.

Secret Aardvark works great on just about everything. You can buy it on amazon too.

Both of these are pretty much right in the sweet spot of flavor/heat for me. They aren't the hottest ones out there, but they've got a great taste and a good kick, which can be hard to find.

First tried the Aardvark sauce in Portland. I bought two bottles to bring back home with me. It's good stuff.

I really like the green El Yucatco habanero sauce. It's my go to.

I'm a big fan of this stuff. It's hot, but moreso it's very flavorful, making it very versatile.

Thanks for the input.
Aardvark 3 pack is enroute. And yellow bird is on deck when I'm done.
For reference, how hot do you guys think the BW3's Blazing sauce is, and do you know it's scoville number. ?
