I wonder if you could dehydrate the cauliflower and make cauliflour. Then make pizza dough out of that.

I really want to try this, and also appreciate the joke

The caul pizza crust I made was very flimsy but I would like to try it again. The pizza posted looks way better than mine did

Just make sure you use parchment paper and not wax paper

I may try this at some point.

Found this website that looks like the crust is pretty stiff.

I've done it before. Came it good but didn't I didn't drain all the moisture out so it want as firm and crispy. But still really good. I've since found this recipe and want to try it soon.

I prefer the almond flour variety for low carb pizza

The biggest thing I found was to get as much moisture out as you can. I Put the steamed bits into cheese cloth and wrung the crap out of it. It made a very nice and firm crust.

I have made this several times, but only once has the crust turned out fairly crispy. Usually have to end up using a fork. But it is still a hit at our house! Tastes great.

Damn, that looks pretty stiff.

Good stuff! How long did you bake it? Looks like you had a nice hot oven.

Yeah, maybe a little long with the crust but I think that may be preferable in this case.

Solid work, I hope to try this soon.
