I made a pretty simple batch with avocados, diced tomatoes and garlic salt. Mine tastes good, but how do you guys make yours?

Avocados, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, fresh peppers minced, and a little tomato, sometimes.

This is how I do. Even down to the 'tomato, sometimes.'

I do 4 avocadoes, juice of 2 limes, about 2 tablespoons cilantro, 1/4 cup Hot salsa, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1/4 onion. Cover and let sit in frig. for at least an hour. Stir and Enjoy

And if you finely grate the onions and also use the onion juice you get, that's pretty good, too.

Also ... Louisiana Gold Green sauce.

Basically this, but the only time I use tomatoes is if I'm making it specifically for my girlfriend. I despise tomatoes. As for the peppers, I generally use serrano peppers.

Why are some of you adding sour cream or mayo to the mixture? That's only adding fat to fat.

Exactly how I was taught in Mexico. The tomato is a necessity plus salt/pepper of course.

Always use Avacado, lime juice, cumin, salf, and red pepper

Most of the time diced onion, tomato and cilantro

Sometimes use sour cream or olive oil
