Fresh roasted corn appreciation thread

I might be weird but to me there is nothing better

Corn and shrimp are two things I can eat a ton of. I've eaten 5 ears before and with shrimp I can eat 2-3 lbs easy

Nothing better IMO

I'll say this Dallas, between this and the Carrabas portion thread you have proven to us you like to eat.

I imagine you'll fit in. Well you might have to suck in to fit in but...

I like roasted/grilled corn in dishes, but I don't love it as corn on the cob except when the corn is a bit older. Otherwise, I prefer fresh corn pretty unadulterated, on the cob with butter.
