It is great stuff. That and the pepper jack boudin ball, which could be my all time favorite single bite of food.

I think Billy's is my overall fave but there are so many great places. What are some of your favorites?

Billys is top tier. Definately a contender for best overall. My personal favorite is Redlich's in Basile. It has a lot of green onion and overall is moderately spicy.

Mouton-

Billy's is my hands down fave
T-Boys
Kartchners
Nu-Nus

These would be my top tier. I'm not a big fan of livery boudin. None of these are too livery.

Billy's has a good mix of green onion and a little bit of spice. I've probably eaten 10 links in the last week and a half. Good stuff

Mouton- I have not tried Market Basket, but it is on my list. I've heard it is great. I plan to check it out soon. Normally, I'm full of Billy's by the time I get to LC. I usually get destroyed on booze once I get there, and I don't eat very much once I touch down. I will try it next time though.

I have never had Sonnier's. I will check that out baw. Thanks for the heads up.

Billy's in Krotz Springs? Remind me about the one in Opelousas. Isn't there one there also?

There's one in Scott, on the right. Just after you get off 10 and get to that roundabout.

There is one in opelousas but the quality just isnt there. The links are loosely packed and usually have some grisle to them. The flavor is right but it just doesnt live up to what scott offers.

But did you eat the casing?

All of them could use more green onion.
