I want another beer, but I shouldn't because I have an early morning and should be soon.

I had the same "want" around 10:00 CST and I resisted for the same reasons. The weekend will be here soon enough.

I agree that 312 and Honkers are meh. Like I said, GI makes some great beers and some average beers too. Lots of holes in the GI lineup.

Haven't tried their IPA yet but I doubt I'll go out of my way to try it.

I reallllly liked the one that BMoney brought over but damn them for selling out to InBev. Wah they needed money to expand.. wah.

It will be interesting to see if the quality declines. My bet is that it will.

Congrats on the anniversary. Please post pics of the Sonoma sites so we can be sufficiently jealous.

The Happy Gnome.
This place is awesome with a great beer list and way above average food for a pub. Along with the bar area which has many craft beers, there's a dining area and a beautiful patio in summer.

I've had the Poutine, steak tartare with quail egg, excellent Cioppino, and even their sides are great.

It blows away any local pub fare here.

Also, the curling club is right next door if you want to burn off some calories after tipping a few.

With your schedule, you won't have to worry about this, but on my last visit I waited until my last day to do a beer run, only there was one problem...it was Sunday, and they DON'T SELL ANY BEER ON SUNDAYS!!!

Add the ipa to the meh list. Not something i would buy. I drank a bunch of then last summer at yankee stadium, it was the only ipa they had on tap. Whole lotta meh.

lol. Never had heard of Poutine until I went to Canada. I guess Minnesota might as well be Canada.
SO loved the stuff.

I am working with B on your next box. I know it will have some stuff you have not tried before.

I thought it was an interesting pale ale. Not a typical pale ale.

I like the sound of that.
