understatement of the year. That shite is gross. I've only had honkers ale once but I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to getting more of their lineup.

Going to Houston next weekend for a bachelor's party. Stopping at specs is a must, but should I go on a st Arnold's tour?

You'll enjoy it. Not sure if I'd pay the $18 for another 6 pack though.

Fwiw Would be comfortable paying $10 for a 4 pack though.

As I said, GI has an extensive lineup and none of it is bad, but not all of it is great.

312, IPA and Honkers are available here in BR. I really like Sofie and would love to see BCBS, but won't hold my breath.

TBD was a taste of homebrewed stout before racking onto the peanut butter and cocoa. Pretty damn good on its own after only 9 days. 3 weeks in secondary then kegging for Zapp's.

I have not seen it at Matherne's.

Matilda is my favorite of the GI brews I've tried, including BCBS, but I am not a big fan of the barrel aged stuff.

I hope to taste it at Zapp's. Just need to find a driver.

What is that? étouffée with tomatoes?

Only seen honkers on tap, Calandro's had the other two and I thought Bluebonnet Mathernes had some 6ers last time I was in there.

I agree with that. Nice session beer. BigJake should add it to the list.

If you start a petition on change.org, I'll sign it.

Would love to see any of the bourbon county series.

I will check out Matherne's on Highland tomorrow, but I am not a big fan of 312 or Honkers. Good to see more beers in the BR market though.

yeah, some of the stuff for a few months. the 312 and the ipa are the only ones i believe. also getting some chimay in the next few weeks. i've got to get by and grab some of the vanilla bean buffalo sweat this week. if i can grab some i'll send it your way

Let us know when that Vanilla Buffalo sweat is available. I want some too.

Yall get Honkers ale too and it's not worth a shite.

312 is a waste of beer. I'd rather drink a shocktop/Blue Moon. Seriously.

I agree that 312 and Honkers are meh. Like I said, GI makes some great beers and some average beers too. Lots of holes in the GI lineup.
