Vacation is almost over for me so I will go back to only drinking on the weekends. Going to eat a lot better as well.

Yeah I'm going to cut back a bit as well, save for a mid-January vacation. Then have to focus on moving to ATL.

On my last glass from the champagne bottle. Had two glasses with lunch and then took a nap.
I don't eat large enough portions to worry about food, but beer is 100% the reason I am the biggest I've ever been.
