Allegedly Imperial Reserve is infected. I heard it from a secondary source. I would trust him. Guy said his keg was absolutely infected. Maybe that's the whole batch, maybe not. I can't say.

Maybe. I know Parish has had a number of issues lately with QC. I don't know that it's definite. I was just told this.

So deciding to drive from New Orleans to Durham, NC at 11 pm-ish might have been a mistake.
I'm bored as frick. About 70 miles to Montgomery. Atlanta is the downhill point, and that is still a ways away. La la la la la la, boooooored. The radio has gotten repetitive.
Oh, and there was the flat tire that happened in Mississippi. Put the donut on. You know how hard it is to get a flat fixed after midnight? Damn impossible.
ETA: 600 miles to go. Yeah. Right. Hotel in my future.

Ohhhh. I remember now. I'm not saying it's true. Guy that does the buying for a beer bar told me that. I'm just passing along what I was told. He said his keg had a brett taste to it. I can't confirm or deny -- hearsay.

That Makes more sense than the beer wont age because it has lactic in it. Thats just dumbassary. I still dont believe its infected though, hopefully they dont become the bruery.
