haha yeah for sure. I'd be all over those in the summer time with a big pile of crawfish

I know the Strawberry is reserved for a Pig Roast in May. Went well with the hot weather during the last half of the roast during the day.
But I agree they'd be nice with crawfish too.

1. Is Envie available in BR? See a lot of canebreak, but no Envie so far.

I have not seen Envie in BR yet.

2. Does Pliny live up to the hype? A good friends mom is moving to Cali, hoping I can talk her into sending me some.

Yes, it lives up to the hype. It is worth seeking out for sure.

Not in BR yet. The batch for BR is brewed and waiting for Mockler to have room for it. Unfortunately, with both New Belgium hitting Louisiana and Mockler taking on Glazers portfolio both on April 1st, they are slammed right now and can't handle a big release like that until later in the month. So, hopefully soon. Andrew told me that this batch of Envie is perfect. The batch in Lafayette now is not quite as good, but he's got the dry hopping amount just right for future batches.

First and Only BD - Lakewood Temptress

With this weather, it was between Temptress and Brooklyn BCS. I don't think I could go wrong with either one.

Is it on tap anywhere around BR yet? Or is it the same story for kegs as well?

I may be able to help you out. Got any trade bait?

I appreciate the offer, but not much to trade on my end. I have a few things from my recent Texas trip, but half of it's for other trades and the other half is for personal consumption and yeast harvesting.

I watched a few hours of brett brewing info the other day that got me curious ( LINK for those interested) The American farmhouse blend I use a lot has a mild brett, but I have yet to do a 100% brett brew. Really itching to get one going.
