Need some cheese to go with that whine?

FBD-Alexander Keith's IPA draft
2BD-Fort Garry IPA bottle (tap ran out)

Both in Winnipeg airport. Hoping that debanding the Cubans got them past the po po. Got a couple of the best of the worst local brews for our next tasting.

You shut your whore mouth. Grits is fabulous.

SBD cooling out in the pool. The priest said "no drinking before the wedding". If the groom is slamming his bud lights, I'm going to enjoy my beers too.

We'll see who's whining when you come back from Canada and find your garage raided. Why do you think I met up with FT yesterday? I'm about to head to BR now. Operation Beer Run commencing in t-minus 96 minutes.

FBD on the back porch after a 2 mile run through the neighborhood is a Hop Rising. I had to cut my run short because it is so f'ing hot and humid.

Ham, my advice is to not let the groom get hammered. All the guys will find it amusing but the bride will not like it in the least. She will never forgive you guys.

Where is the wedding again?

That's why I'm sending him to the garage while I head for the pantry. He said you have some IPAs that are gonna go out of date on you, really I'm just doing you a favor. I'd hate for you to drink malty swill

Screw that. I was drinking with my wife and the priest before my wedding. The ceremony is just a show anyway. Have fun. We're going on 12 yrs strong

Well, the bride and I don't get along too well, so I may lean the other way.

In Alexandria and the cathedral. I say that because I didn't realize until the rehearsal yesterday that "the cathedral" was supposedly big shite around Louisiana.

Or anyone else that grows hops...is it too early to harvest?

My cascade is growing like crazy but doesn't have any cones growing at all. Our growing season is much different from halls though.

I've seen other people already harvesting. Ours ate probably a month out but they're normally much later in the season thank other people's hops. They should be very papery. Pull one off and see how papery and full of yellow pollen like lupulin.

This is what ours look like.

Sorry for the blurryness. It's unbearably hot outside.

how long is it before you usually harvest? I know climate plays a factor, but just curious.

FBD Deviant Dales. This one has some age on it and a little malty.
