Nice. Hadn't cooked anything that way before. May have to try it out. I use a propane smoker.

Even being a CCB fanboy I passed on that one. Just didn't trip my trigger based solely on the description.
Hate to say it but outside of Life is Like with Mikkeller pretty much all of the CCB collabs have sucked in 2013. Tropical Tripel was okay, the rest were pretty meh. I'm holding out hope that "Southern Slice" with Terrapin will be good.

Tropical Tripel on draft vs bottle was like night and day. Very nice on draft but the coconut notes were lost in the bottles.
