Pork roll, egg and cheese from Stein's Deli. They're hard to find in the South, but it's a great sandwich.

The egg at Stein's is meh. The lox at humble bag is very good.

Boudin squeezed out onto Evangeline maid bread with a lil mayo.

Bacon, over easy egg seasoned with BBQ seasoning, apple jelly, sautéed red onions and jalapeños on sourdough.

Don't feel bad. I'm a mark for Hardee's french toast sandwich.

Leave off the mayo, and I'm with you!

As for a breakfast sandwich you'd buy at an establishment, the sausage, fried egg and cheese buiscut at T-Coons is about as legit as a breakfast sandwich gets.

I've been eating this every morning and it fills me up and is pretty healthy for hitting my macro numbers.

2 Slices of Dave's Killer Bread
2 eggs scrambled
2 slices of bacon or 3 slices of ham
1 slice of pepperjack cheese

Come out to about 650 calories and helps me it my caloric goal for my workouts

Toast or croissant with ham, over easy egg, and white cheddar. A nice flaky croissant right out of the oven is hard to beat.

Buttered and pressed French bread with bacon, runny egg and cheddar is also a winner.

that chorizo, scrambled egg and cheese ranchero I had from Kolache Kitchen this morning is a new favorite.

After a morning smoke I made a pbnj but used waffles as the bread. It was pretty damn good....but I was kinda under the munchies influence.
