Ever Done Homemade Crudo?

I love a good crudo. Would love to attempt it at home, but it seems like one of those things where if you don't do it exactly right, it's a disaster.

Anyone with experience on this willing to give advice?

it's just thinly sliced or finely chopped raw fish

Or beef. I prefer the beef with olive oil, salt, thin slice of radish. Truly nothing to screw up. Just make sure your protein of choice is very cold when slicing.

Had some white marlin crudo at my BILs house recently. It is impossible to mess up raw fish.

raw protein and a knife
