I'm a big fan of Community Coffee, particularly the House Blend, French Roast and Dark Roast varieties.

However, the Coffee With Chicory doesn't measure up, with a sourish afterbite. Does anyone actually drink it?

All day. I splurge a little bit for French Market when I'm feeling like a baller. Can't go without chicory

Dark Roast only! By the way, Community is half price right now. They are doing it as a flood relief promotion.

Yes, I think chicory adds a lot to the coffee experience.

I thought the Community Coffee with chicory that I had at Cafe du Mond was possibly the best cup of coffee I've ever had.

Pretty sure Café du Mond has their own private labeled brand. Reily is the provider, so it is probably just CDM with a different name.

I'll use it to make iced coffee every now and then. Definitely gives you the mudbutt.

No one should drink it. The reason for chicory is gone. It's an inferior product. Somewhat like IPAs, which shouldn't exist anymore either.

This logic would require that bacon (smoked and salted for preservation purposes) no longer has a reason to exist.

Not true at all. We eat some bacon that has nothing added. You better eat it all right after you open it. Can you really not see the difference?
