So I'm planning to make dirty rice for thanksgiving and I have very little experience. Do any of the wonderful chefs on the food and drink board have any recipes? I also want to make it very spicy.

You need to appeal to your audience. Some people won't eat it if they know there is chicken livers or gizzards in it.

I've got a pate recipe you can use to incorporate with the rice, and nobody will know it is chicken liver.

And the posting of this will be when?

Harold's is my favorite. I also mix it with browned ground beef because my husband and son don't care for a strong liver taste.

Don't make it with hamburger. Chicken livers or nothing.

Looking foward to seeing some recipes with the holidays coming up and all. I don't really have a go to recipe.
