Dove makes an acceptable intro grade, but look for a bag of dark chocolate truffles from Lindt, there is cream in the ganache(pissed someone off there) for your dairy craving.

It's horrible. Chocolate snobs get all pissy when you say that but it is.

Most of the new recipes for chocolate treats contain more dark chocolate than before. Chocolate flourless cakes are especially good..

What was in that last homemade chocolate ship cookie you put in your mouth? Little tasty morsels of a thing called semi-sweet chocolate. How about that nasty sliceof German chocolate cake that was made at home?

I think it's Lindt that has a bar with dark chocolate with red pepper in it. Very tasty.

I am a flavor junkie, the intensity of dark chocolate is incredible, it is not for the tame. Do you load up your espresso with milk and sugar? Then you won't like dark chocolate. It is all about intensity, not for everyone.

Milk is too sweet for me. I prefer dark.

It's a personal preference though. Neither is wrong. Eat what you like.

This. Well, up to a point. I'd say about 84% cacao.

Yeah, there was a dark chocolate bar on sale at the CVS that was something like 90% cacao so I had to try it. I love dark chocolate but that was pretty bad.

Hershey's Special Dark has been my go to candy bar since I was a kid. Milk chocolate is for wimps.

I don't like dark chocolate by itself, but IMO, it's great when it's paired with something like marzipan. (Rittor Sport has an easy-to-find dark chocolate/marzipan bar that I really like.) By itself, dark chocolate is too strong & bitter for my tastes.

Most of the time I prefer milk chocolate, but not the Hershey's kind--I find it too sweet and "gritty", if that makes sense. I'd rather two bites of expensive, smooth, milk chocolate than a whole Hershey bar.

Dark chocolate is amazing.

I love it. Have since I was little. My dad liked it too.

The Dove Dark Chocolate Promises are amazing. Sometimes I'll get something even more intense though.

You all realize that any opinions on chocolate by women must be filtered.
