I had a bloody mary, some Ramen, and a giant Gatorade this morning. Did the trick.

Electrolytes is what nurses have told me.
You can find them in coconut water, gatorade, or pedialyte

That's really your only option.

Sleep does it for me, but that is sometimes not an option, so you just have to power through. I had one of those terrible two-day hangovers after a bachelor party a few weeks back. Those are the worst. Those and the delayed hangovers.

Big glass of water or powerade before going to bed and a light breakfast food in the morning...plenty of powerade and a nap in a cold room....asprin if it's really bad

That's literally all of mine. Wake up feeling fine until 10:30 or 11, then out of nowhere it's like getting hit by a truck. Then hair of the dog just becomes a necessity. That or just giving up on the day and sleeping it off.

Pedialyte right before bed or first thing in the morning is the only true answer.

Why is this still a mystery? Get a huge cheeseburger and a Gatorade.
