Took 45 minutes to get food today. Place was pretty packed but theres no excuse for burger place to be that slow. Food is decent but not nearly worth the wait... will go once or twice more but if it doesnt get better then i can definitely see this place taking the smashburger route..

I went in a couple weeks ago and the service was pretty quick. This was post-holiday so many people were still around the house and not going out to eat so this probably have something to do with it.

I was appreciative of them making me a veggie sandwich since they don't have a veggie burger on the menu. But I probably won't go back because I think the price is high... I paid $14 + $2 tip for a burger with no meat and a half cup of tots... just a lil steep for me.

I see the place staying pretty busy though. Can't see why they wouldn't be anything but successful. I have heard quite a few "meh" about their burgers though

I know they get a lot of love on this board but I am yet to have a really good experience. I've been 3 times and the service time hasn't improved. Last weeks wait after ordering was over 25 minutes. My best visit was right after they opened, it's gotten progressively worse since.

I've been several times and yes they can be slow getting to the register to order at peak lunch time. But my food as always come within 10 minutes of ordering. Not sure what some people expect when the line is out the door and the grill can only handle so many burgers at a time.

Best burger in BR and a great cocktail/beer menu. I've been 3 times and got food before I finished my first beer/drink. Sorry you had a bad experience but it's not the norm.

Been 3 times, and ticket times for me depended on when I went. Honestly if I go there on a Friday lunch my expectations will be much lower than Tuesday at 11:15am.

When these other new eateries on Gubment St open up later this year, it may make Curbside a little more palatable.

Went once and had good service and my burger was great. Only thing I found odd was they don't let you order food from the bar. Not a huge deal but just weird.

I've been three times. Twice during lunch rush hour on a Friday, with no room to sit except outside, and once on a late night drunk eating binge. It never took me more than 10 minutes to get my Brian 3.0 and tots or truffle fries, even when the line was to the door. And the Brian 3.0 is fantastic. One of the best burgers in town IMO. I will say the prices are steep for a burger place, but it's worth it to go every now and then

Edit: clearly some of you just can't be happy, the place is great, and I'll be a customer as long as it stays that way

Curbside has the best ingredients which makes for the best burger, but I think the nature of a high volume burger place means lack of good sear, not always getting the temp you want, and no seasoning.

First time I went, it was good. Second time, awesome. Third time, the patty was gray and tasted like butter, which I didn't like.

Not here to argue the quality of their product. It's great. I know that my experiences from a wait standpoint have been less than satisfactory. I obviously keep going because the food is good but they aren't above any constructive criticism.

Ps- last visit was Wednesday at 1:30 pm. 3 burgers took 27 minutes to come out.

I considered them juicy, but yes a lot of liquid did get all over. It's a great burger though. Does anyone have any recommendations for the custom burgers?

I went last week, it's out of my usual orbit so I doubt I'll got very often. But after a while we asked it they were slaughtering cattle in the back, it seemed like a long wait for a burger.

1st time I went, I got KGB. Not a big fan of it. Second time I got the lamb. Much better and I didn't have to use 20 napkins.

I still prefer the burgers at overpass merchant.

Went last night and got the Naq Attaque. Very good burger. Was pretty packed and sat outside. It was like a playground out there. There were about 15 kids running around and bumping into our chairs and invading our personal space but the food was great. We did not have a long wait for our food so no complaints here.

I've been 3 times and had the KGB, Naq, and GC2. The Naq was easily my favorite. The toppings they use are top notch but I'm not terribly impressed with the hamburger patty itself. It was decent but I feel like the patty should be the centerpiece of the meal, not what felt like a filler. I think I'll try the lamb next time for a little more flavor.

Eta: No complaints about service here. Food came out quickish, and the bartender was very attentive.

I like the burgers but wish they would push the envelope more on the beers. Not bad but could be better.

Never had a problem service wise but I haven't been peak time. I'm fortunate enough to have a good coffee at home then Magpie of Garden District Coffee around 9 and Curbside around 2. Works for me.

Been twice and am not very impressed with the place. The first time was after a game so it was jam packed. The service was good and I was drunk so I cant comment too much on that visit.

Went a few days ago and got a cheeseburger. The meat is very underseasoned and lacks any kind of sear. The pepper jack cheese was pretty much liquid. If I told you it was a sauce, you would believe me with how watery it was. It made for an extremely sloppy sandwich.

The fries were great though.

With all the different ways you can get your burger prepared, Im surprised they dont have jalapenos as an option for a topping.

I was in the area so I went there but I just dont see myself driving that far for their burger. Chimes has a better burger and I live close to them.

We went today for the first time. I had the KGB. Wife had just a regular bacon cheeseburger and daughter had a cheeseburger. Shared a large fry and a shake.

Place was packed. Service was great. Food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Sat outside, very nice weather this afternoon.

No complaints. Food was fresh and very good. Would easily go back. And one of the better burger places now in town. Fleming's burger still tops my list.
