We can bang out 3,000 pounds an hour on our rig.

Flash boil anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes, all depending on how many pounds we're doing in that batch.

Nice. That's got to be an impressive set up.

It's pretty nice. The boss sent us up to Virginia a few weeks back with 300 pounds and a flip pot.

We got hammered at the bar and almost sold the crawfish there and came home early.

Not ours. That thing looks pretty run down.

If you see a big arse yellow one with red lettering, say hello.

I had 2 sacks sent to Minnesota earlier this month from Louisiana crawfish co. Pay the extra 15 bucks and get em delivered Saturday. Use your propane burner if ya got one. Will be much better than a fire.

Thanks, how did they taste? We're only getting 15 pounds, but I suppose we'd have to spend a few bucks on ice if we got them delivered on Friday.

I'm going to have them send me the seasonings. My local grocery store has Old Bay, but no Zatarain's.

I didn't even know there was a season. By the way, I've never heard anyone say "doncha know." There are so many stupid myths about Minnesota slang. I think the movie Fargo was responsible for a lot of it. It made my skin crawl.
