Kellys is much better IMO. A little hard to find though.

I've been a huge fan of Conecah for a while. I've found it ONE time in Baton Rouge, but never again. I regularly get it at Natchez Market in Natchez. Probably my favorite packaged sausage. Very juicy. The only tricky part is cooking it right, since its so thin compared to most sausages it dries out quickly.
