Excited! Tell me more about your locally sourced, grass fed beef and high quality toppings. And especially about how you get the necessary marbeling from local beef.

I'm expecting Costco frozen patties and French's yellow mustard.

Idiot. If you use quality ingredients, nothing is cheap.

I'm a fan of ground brisket which isn't that cheap.
Love brioche or potato buns.

Sharp cheddar.

Good bacon. Which these days, bacon is unreal expensive.

Burgers aren't the most expensive meal but definitely not "cheap" if done right.

I think Company Burger is the best counter service quick burger in the city.

It's easy in and out. It's not cheap, but it's less than $20 for a decent lunch and that isn't bad.

I like the sides, especially the tator tots when they have the loaded mayo.

Now Cowbell and HiHat both have better burgers. But those are sit down environments and you also have to add 20% to that bill and you will take a little more time. So I call those "dinner burgers"

I like stopping at Comapny when in the area. I'm surprised he didn't want to expand like Dat Dog did. They went from that tiny shack to five locations real quick.

Agree with your assessment that Cowbell & High Hat have better burgers, albeit restaurant burgers.

You mean the place that sells a side of mac and cheese for $9?

Between the burger and fries I have no use for a side, whether's it's $2 or $8. But that's just me.

I got roped into the mac and cheese one night. Never again.

I worked down the street from Company and ate there quite a bit. I usualy went with the single no pickle, add fries/tots, and a water. $10. Not too bad for a pretty good burger, imo.
