Going to my little bro's place in Parairieville and looking to get some bourbon. Been a while since I looked in BR. Who has a good selection? Still Churchills or where else? Appreciate any help.

Cuban Liquors and Martin Wine Cellar are my go to places to buy liquor. They both have good selection and knowledgeable, friendly staffs. Martin has real good prices too.
Churchill's has a good selection, but they are a little pricey. Like everything there is a few bucks more than other liquor stores.

Thanks for the tips everyone.

Stopped at Calandro's and got a bottle each of Elmer T Lee, WL Weller 12, and Rowan's Creek.

You got a fine bottle of bourbon wen you picked up the Weller 12. I really like the stuff and it is a good value pour on top of being damned tasty.

I'm looking forward to the Weller 12. It's been a somewhat difficult bottle to find. Also looking forward to trying the Rowan's Creek as I've heard some solid reviews on it. Elmer T Lee is still my go to everyday bourbon and the price point makes it easy to share

Of the multitude of bottles of small batch Bourbon's I harvested last Fall, Rowan's Creek was one of the ones I liked best. And since Elmer T and Eagle Rare are my 2 usual daily pours, I'm betting you'll like the Rowan's. Hope you left me some, I'm going to need to go by and restock Sunday.

Churchills had quite the stock of Rowan's creek, black maple hill, and Noah's mill last stop with a few of the cask strength buffalo trace big boys (Thomas handy, William larue, George t stagg). Their scotch selection is also pretty huge with some bottles most people would dare keep on the shelf.
