Jesus dude, take that shite back to the OT.

First off, I paid over $25 after tax & tip for a pie to feed 2 ppl at zep. Like I said, good food but not a best bang for your buck.

Second, if Pinetta's is shite, I question your palate. That is the best Italian food in br for the price hands down...DiGulios is avg $25-30 an entree...not what the OP was looking for

Probably because it's terrible.

What's your problem with it? The meat? Everyone I've talked to about it (not all that many) loves the place.

Stick some napkins underneath it to soak it up.

Easily the best burger for the money (and my personal favorite in BR). I think you can get the Smith Burger with your choice of toppings for $6.

As for Red Zepp, the pizza is a little pricey, but they make up for it with the beer selection and specials. I think they do a $10 pitcher night, and you can fill growlers for that too.

Overcooked and underseasoned the one time I had it. Way too many options in BR to go there again. Fires were good though.

Agree that the meat holds it back but everything else is great, especially the bun and pickles. All for about a $1 more than fast food.

Burgersmith is alright, but if you really want a good cheap burger, go hit up the Fleming's happy hour.

And they do $6 medium one topping pizzas every day from 3 til 6. Add toppings for $1. One of the best deals in town.

Either you are misinformed or just plain dumb. The majority of the entrees at Dijulios are less than $25-30. Off the top of my head, the ones in that range would be the steak, osso bucco, and maybe the veal. Everything else is less than $25.

Furthermore, if you think that Pinettas is the best Italian in BR, you are certainly entitled to your opinion. However, I wonder why there is 3-5x more vehicles in Dijulios parking lot and surronding area on any given night?

If we're just talking lunch...and not worried about sitting down and eating...and want bang for your buck with great tasting food, just go to the village grocery on Perkins. But it's primarily fried food. Fish, shrimp, pork chops, chicken wings, chicken tenders served with with fries, fried rice, red beans, or spaghetti. Really good food if you want fried, and large portions for a fat guy under $10.

I find Red Zeppelin to be cheap, I can go in order a beer and an individual pizza and my bill maybe comes to 13-15 bucks.

The lunch line special at China Bear (Perkins@Bluebonnet) is my go to for a good cheap quick lunch. Copelands actually has some decent lunch specials too.

Sonnys BBQ. They have some pretty good lunch specials.
