Apologies if Germans, but I did not know this. Cannot say I'm surprised though. The beers were average and way overpriced.

CHAPPAPEELA FARMS Amite Opened: 2016 The North Shore brewery, which made high-end and high-quality beers in large bottles only, has stopped regular brewing. Some of its owners recently launched Port Orleans Brewing. Chappapella may make collaboration beers with Port Orleans in the future. On the shelf: A few remaining bottles of Amite Duroc porter and the Farmhouse Saison.

Not surprised. I never had any of their offerings that I particularly liked.

I have some of the saisons in my closet that are drinking pretty good.

I think their marketing was just shite to nonexistent.

I must have had all of their offerings then. Didn't realize there were only 2.

I liked their Farmhouse Saison, never tried the Amite Dubroc. They came out with an IPA that wasn't very memorable.

Did they ever even try? I mean, lets be honest. You never saw their beer anywhere. Didn't they only came out with 2 farmhouse style beers, both of which were boring run of the mill options. I have heard that they made an IPA but never saw it anywhere.

This announcement isn't surprising at all.

I saw their beer a lot of places.

Lots of high end restaurants had them as an option.

Yeah, shelf-turding is the only place I saw them.

I never saw their IPA anywhere.

Being some of its owners recently launched Port Orleans Brewing, makes me want to wait out checking this joint out too.
