In general, I realize chains are frowned upon. But I feel like some of them have stumbled upon a dish that is delicious despite the rest of the menu. What would you recommend?

Mine: Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp

Outback's caesar salad with grilled shrimp is an occasional week night pick up for me when I don't feel like cooking

Cracker Barrel sampler plate or chicken fried steak is a road trip tradition.

I'd totally forgotten about Zea's. My favorite there were the Korean BBQ lettuce wraps. The restaurant group has some of its recipes posted, included the BBQ wraps, zeas corn grits, semolinas crawfish bread, and others: LINK /

The first thing that group made that I loved was the semolinas enchilada pasta.

I really enjoy the salad I get with dinner at Texas Roadhouse. I usually get blue cheese and it can vary from place to place, but Texas Roadhouse has damn good blue cheese

Bonefish
Chilean sea bass with mango salsa is my Bonefish go to dish.

I love J Alexander's prime rib, if they still have it. It's been probably a decade though. I guess I'm just not a chain restaurant kind of guy.
