Maldon was a great way for me to season the middle of the meat after it was pulled or sliced to order. My (now their) rub took care of the rest. I could never get that salt bea wrist action tho...

They used to be the best but they got rid of the pitmaster. Dude was an arse but he could make some damn good BBQ.

I'm not on Andrea's or others payroll like Brett but he is flat out wrong. The BBQ is not nearly the same quality since Rob left. If I get a chance I can post pics.
