Narrowed down my lunch options to these 3. Need a little advice from Houston folks....driving in from Lake Charles....gotta be at Hotel Sorella Citycentre by 1:15 or so.....

I have been to Hugo's, but not the other 2.

Thanks in advance

Hugo's sucked when I went.

el tiempo is good, but I have gotten a few free margaritas from there because a roach crawled on the bar right in front of me (didn't ask for them, bartender just gave them to us).

El tiempo

But coming in from Lake Charles, Ninfas on Navigation would be very good and easy to get to as well

If you're hungry for more, stop by the el tiempo meat market next door to the restaurant.

really good tacos and lunch plates there.

Got carne asada skirt steak fajitas. Zero flavor. Notta drop of salt/seasoning/marinade. Major disappointment. Was cooked med rare tho. Homeade tortillas were good. I now understand why there are several toppings qvailable for them.

Bummer

Shoulda went to Caracol.

El T is good, overrated (and over priced) IMO. Ninfas on Nav is better.
