Went there yesterday for lunch. I was up for something different and the gf has been trying to take me there for a while now.

Sushi grade yellowfin seared and thin sliced. Tossed in a light vinegarette and served on house sourdough bread with creamy avacado, cucumber, and a little red onion. Very filling and didn't need to order a side. Sorry for not taking a pic but I devoured the thing.

I was very suprised at how good this was. I'm normally not into the vegetarian/health restaurants, but after 1000 Figs and Carmo I've been more open to trying these healthy options.

Carmo is really solid. I really enjoy a restaurant that has lite offerings, especially for lunch.

That Esmeralda Salad is solid too.

Doesn't sound like you described a tuna salad.

Carmo is great, just stay away from any of the fake/vegan meats. That stuff is more highly processed than a 15 cent hot dog. Otherwise, the place is solid.

Not all fake/vegan meats are highly processed.
