Mrs Debaser and I are headed to BR to visit our son. Running out of places. We've done Gino's, Chris's, LA Lagniappe and Deguilios, Sammy and Georges enough. You BR peeps got something new / casual / good?

Normal recs are Parrains and Chimes.

Others will chime in with other places, but I like both of those. Prefer Chimes even though they are the same owners.

Chelsea's is my favorite.

Good atmosphere, never too packed, and they serve lots of things not offered elsewhere.

Chelsea's. Good food made in-house and great prices.

All above are good. IPO and I've had some nice lunches lately at Little Village downtown. Both have gotten much better.

We went to the new Byronz on Perkins and it was horrible. After hearing so many great things about it I was really disappointed.

I'll add Zea, Thai Pepper, Nino's, Jasmine's on the Bayou, Rama, 9 Dragon Noodle House, Omi

Nino's is a nice hidden gem IMO. Great Italian food.

Always love bistro byronz too.

Agree on Nino's. If you like chargrilled oysters and fish dishes, go to Mansur's.
