Ordered this one on Amazon 3 years ago. You have to be careful when stiring the coals but it is ten times better than the original.

I've had mine for 3+ years

Friend of mine has one that is 22+ and it's great! He's replaced the gasket a few times and that's about it.

Highly recommend a Kick Ash Basket. Makes tending and cleaning the charcoal a hell of a lot easier.

That looks like an awesome idea. Any problems with it holding enough coal for say an all day Boston butt cook?

9 years here. Mine looks like new with a clean burn. Replaced gasket once after a pizza cook wiped it out.

Ask basket looks interesting. Wish it went all the way up to the fire ring.
