I had NuNu's not too long ago and thought it was one of the worst ones I've had. Billy's FTW

I abide by Dr. Barry Ancelet's law of Boudin. "The beat boudin you will ever eat is the best boudin closest to your home. The beSt crawfish you will ever eat is the beat crawfish farthest from your home." I live in broussard. So it's Billeaud's boudin and Richard's crawfish.

Also - stay away from Hebert's in Maurice. You'd think with all the good shite in there, they'd have good boudin too? But no!
