Ruth's Chris is my favorite followed by Flemings, Little Village and then Doe's Eat Place in that order.

Do you like a raw filet or a charred ribeye? I don't have an answer for you, but there are different types of steaks that probably play into this decision.

I like your list, I would also add that Ruffino's has a good steak also. Would place it between Doe's and Outback

Had a Ribeye at Ruth's right before Christmas and it was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Better even than steaks I have had at other Ruth's locations.

Ruth's Chris' is #1

Sullivans Steak House has a Bone In Cowboy Ribeye that is excellent

Mansurs on the Boulevard has an excellent Ribeye as well

Somehow I think CAD's 45 day aged in the refrigerator ribeye beats them all.
