You know what I'm looking for, the standards:
Finger Sandwiches
Po-Boy platters
Meatballs
Chicken Drumettes
Fruit Trays
Jambalaya pans ...

For that level of food, try Rouses.

Lol @ "that level of food."

I don't think it was meant as an insult really. If you want simple stuff though, you might be better off at a grocery store kind of place.
Martin's is expensive. I love their food though.

A try of the mini muffalettas from Robert's are always a crowd pleaser.
As someone else posted earlier, Dorignac's has always done a solid job for the standards too...

I was going to suggest grocery stores, as well, for most of that. Guess that's not what you want.
Jambo could probably do several of those items for you.

Oh, no Ms. Gris ... I'm not limiting this to any particular type of business or source.
I'm asking for a friend who asked ME to do it, but I can't, and I don't really know who to recommend, since I always do my own, that's all.
The recs so far have been great. Thanks for the input, guys!

Notiger1997, I didn't take it as an insult, I just found the phrase humorous, that's all.
That type of "party platter" food is what it is. Simple, good, plate filling party food.

I have had good experiences with Don Bergeron in Baton Rouge. Not cheap but good. Due to your diverse list, a high end grocery store may be your best bet but here is a link if interested:
