Sensation Salad at DeAngelos was always pretty tasty. That's low-carb.

Yes...I had one there recently with grilled shrimp that was pretty good.

Take any great salad, remove the croutons, don't put on salad dressing. That's it.

why no dressing? they asked for low-carb, not low-cal

ranch, blue cheese, caesar all should fit the bill. just make sure not a "light" or "fat-free" dressing

I've lost 75lbs in 7 months (VLC/keto style diet) eating a caesar salad with double chicken and no croutons about 4-5 times a week

Or make your own

I mix some brown mustard with done balsamic vinegar & olive oil and it makes a great dressing

Sensation Salad at DeAngelos

My wife was asked to bring a salad to a b-day party this weekend, I think I'm going to replicate this

Salad shop is great

Low carb:
Chicken Wasabi salad - bistro byronz
Savannah Chopped salad - McAlisters
Jefferson Salad - city pork 2 (a little pricey)
Greek salad (minus potato salad) - Zoe's Kitchen

Best in the city I've found so far

Plus, go to Truly Free Bakery, and get a wrap wrapped in collard greens, with a side of steamed veggies.

not to be a smartass but hes correct. I eat out a lot for business lunches and have to eat well and 99% of the time I let the account pick the place so I just customize my salad

I use to let Mexican places scare me but now I love them because I just get a fajita beef or chicken salad with avocado and black beans and put salsa on it. it kicks arse. its like a burrito bowl with no rice

I always go heavy on protein, add avocado if you can, 86 the cheese and croutons and a light oil/vinegar based dressing on the side. also don't eat the bread that comes with it. pretty simple

I also love going to the customized salad places where you go down the line like a chipotle. great way to stay healthy.
